Upper Level

The top floor hosts two bright bedrooms, each featuring queen size beds and generous wardrobe space. The master bedroom enjoys direct access to a private balcony, which connects via exterior stairs to the main entrance of the villa. A shared bathroom serves this level.

Main Level

The main entrance opens into a light filled open plan living area. A fully equipped kitchen flows into a spacious dining area with a large table, ideal for shared meals and gatherings. The lounge area features comfortable built in sofas, creating a relaxed and inviting setting. This level opens directly onto the pool terrace and outdoor dining area, enhancing the villa’s effortless indoor outdoor lifestyle. For added convenience, a guest WC with vanity is also located on this floor.

Lower Level

The lower floor comprises two additional bedrooms, three of the villa’s bedrooms enjoy direct access to the outdoor areas leading toward the pool. One bedroom serves as a second master suite, offering a queen size bed and a private en suite bathroom. The fourth bedroom features a queen size bed as well as a loft style small single bed positioned above, making it ideal for families or additional guests. A separate bathroom serves this room. A dedicated laundry room with washing machine is also located on this level.
